Since ocean containers have become the predominant shipping method for a wide variety of cargo worldwide, AWL has developed a time sensitive system to handle your containerized shipments efficiently and cost effectively. If you have import or export containers coming into or out of the port of Savannah (or any other seaport in the U.S.) and need expert handling of your legal sized or OOG containers and flat racks, we can get the job done for you while keeping you informed of the status of your shipments. If your cargo requires trans-loading from containers or flat racks to our trucks for delivery to the end user, we can do it according to your schedule. If you need us to dray your container, unload the cargo into an indoor or outdoor storage facility for delivery at a later date, we have the resources to accomplish this for you.

Standard / Out of Gauge / High Cubes / Open Tops / Flat Racks

OOG or “out of gauge” containers and flat racks can be daunting to many carriers but, we have access to the personnel and equipment required to move your oversize/overweight containers from port to warehouse for imports and warehouse to docks for exports.
